Lower Level

From the main level, iron railings flair out gently to reveal the lower-level entertainment zone of the home.
Arched openings define spaces and functions, such as the wine bar and media entertainment zones. The space has been designed to allow for multiple functions that can change over time as needed. French doors lead outside to the covered terrace and overlook a landscaped rock garden.

The lower-level area is completed by two additional bedroom suites, with private baths, a dedicated laundry room and support/storage spaces. The home has been designed and constructed to accommodate an elevator when and if needed. For now, the elevator shaft space will be used for additional closet/storage.
Many energy-efficient and green features are discussed elsewhere in this website/blog. The radiant heat flooring in the lower level will add comfort for the future homeowners.
